Ty brings more than 20 years of experience leading transformational growth and executing strategic global marketing initiatives for a range of high-profile companies. In his new role – an inaugural position at MANSCAPED – Ty reports directly to Founder and CEO, Paul Tran, and oversees the company’s marketing department, growth strategy, and go-to-market product launches.

Shay oversaw growth and all go-to-market functions for the industry leader. Prior to this, he held the position of Global CMO of Norton LifeLock with over 50MM worldwide subscribers and revenue of over $2B. Shay was recruited to lead global marketing for the newly formed business where he was the CMO after Symantec’s (NYSE: SYMC) $2.3B acquisition of LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK).
Shay also has an impressive track record scaling brands in new categories with successful outcomes, including online insurance giant, Esurance, sold to Allstate, and discount travel site, Hotwire, sold to IAC/Expedia. Shay started his marketing career at Procter & Gamble and Clorox and earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and BS in Accounting from University of Illinois.
